RACHEL AND CASEY FIELDHOUSE
Rachel and Casey Fieldhouse share a dedication to serving others and a sincere love for their hometown of Corona, California. These characteristics have made their venture into real estate an obvious choice. As a high school teacher and a fire captain, respectively, Rachel and Casey cultivate a people-first approach to business based on integrity, communication, a strong work ethic, and the ability to make the buying or selling process feel relaxed and enjoyable. They believe in providing a high-end, boutique real estate experience to every client at every price point.
As Orange County transplants, Rachel and Casey understand the challenges of relocating to a new city and enjoy helping new Corona residents settle into the community. As longtime Corona residents, they are equally capable of navigating local market trends to best represent those looking to sell their homes.


SMART, MOTIVATED AND HIGHLY SKILLED
Rachel pioneered the graphic design program at Corona High School in 2006 and has run a successful freelance design company since 2008. She thrives on efficiency and values the importance of understanding her clients’ motivations and aspirations. She loves traveling the world with Casey and their son, strolling through art museums, hiking, and riding her Peloton.
Casey is a fire captain for the Orange City Fire Department and has served as the president of his professional association since 2016. He was a multisport varsity athlete, Eagle Scout, collegiate rower, and lronman triathlete. Casey thrives in his ability to negotiate with precision and efficacy. He also possesses uncompromising integrity and an unwavering ability to think clearly under pressure. He enjoys golfing, skiing, camping, and just about anything that keeps him and his family outdoors and active.
While Rachel and Casey are each powerhouses in their own right, they enjoy coalescing their individual strengths to help clients realize their real estate dreams.

Kevin is a member is the NYRS [New York Residential Specialist] executive committee and BNI [Business Networking International]. He has a Bachelors in Accounting from Quinnipiac University.
Antonia Chabrowski
Antonia’s view of real estate is seen through the eyes of a business person. Her experience as a successful landlord, property manager, restaurateur, fashion boutique owner, and fashion editor, has given her a solid understanding of how to effectively work with people, process, and lifestyle.

Antonia is a long-time resident of Brooklyn. She is an active community member in Greenpoint, where she lives with her husband and two children. She is an avid foodie, and enthusiast of art and culture in all of New York’s boroughs, as well as many travel destinations around the globe.
Antonia graduated from Fordham University with Honors and double majored in English and Media Studies with a minor in Spanish. She is also fluent in Bulgarian.
Stacy Jenkins
Stacy is an expert negotiator with an innate ability to listen to clients, discern their real estate needs, and deliver on them successfully. Prior to real estate, Stacy was an in-demand estate manager who planned VIP events, negotiated design contracts, directed household staff, and booked extensive travel and daily itineraries for high-profile clients.
The skills gained during that career are in direct parallel to those she relies on every day in her real estate career. Stacy excels in high-pressure environments, can multitask like a pro, and pays meticulous attention to detail. Above all, she consistently earns her clients respect as they rely on her to act as educator, gatekeeper, and advocate, always making decisions in their best interests with the highest level of trust. Stacy’s diverse skill set and unique background provide her with comprehensive real estate insight to sellers and buyers alike. She grew up in a military home, so she’s well-versed in the processes, stressors, and excitement that come along with relocation. She’s a firm, tenacious delegate with the experience and foresight to solve problems before they happen. Her goal is always to make the process as streamlined and transparent as possible for her clients.
As a resident of Ditmas Park, Stacy fills her spare time enjoying the quaint neighborhood with her dear Chihuahua, Napoleon. She also enjoys volunteering with New York Cares, vintage shopping, and having a good vegan brunch with friends.
Kelly Higgins

Prior to joining the Modica Geloso Team, Kelly served as an effective team leader to 15 agents in Manhattan and Brooklyn for seven years, overseeing hundreds of transactions in rentals, sales and commercial sectors. She is very knowledgeable of the industry, and well versed in helping people achieve their unique goals.
Kelly was raised in Long Island and Virginia Beach, with deep family ties in New York. She’s always been geared toward design and leadership, winning scholarships for art, design, and team leading. After completing East Carolina University’s Musical Theatre program and graduated with a BFA in Musical Theatre and Acting, she promptly moved to Manhattan, where she completed a Meisner Acting Program and has spent the last decade. While performing around the city, Kelly won the Apollo three times. She also fell into business management and sales, later pursuing her passion for real estate.
Her background in fine and performing arts is a bonus in helping clients find gems to polish and maximize their listings to the highest value. Other than real estate, she is hugely into travel and cuisine, and can recommend great spots in any neighborhood of interest. Her own favorite pastime is exploring all the cultural opportunities NYC has to offer.
Alexis Cespedes Duffy
For more than a decade, Alexis has been delivering a highly successful, client-driven approach to residential real estate rooted in careful listening, nimble adaptability, and total accessibility. Known among his loyal clientele as a calming influence and empathetic partner in the hectic New York City market, his focus is always on determining his clients’ exact needs and doing everything he can to reach their goals, whether buying, selling, or renting.
Alexis formed this commitment to outstanding customer service in prior roles in hospitality and management. His studies in business administration and accounting, meanwhile, ensure that he has a confident and thorough grasp of the financial aspects of the business.
As a proud member of the Gotham Advisory Team at Compass, Alexis is backed by a group of industry veterans with a full-service mentality and the power of Compass’ nationwide reach. Originally from Paraguay, Alexis is fluent in both English and Spanish. He’s lived in New York City for 18 years and currently resides in vibrant Hamilton Heights. When he’s not hard at work with clients, you might find him hard at work in the gym or running along the Hudson.
Stojan Trendov
Stojan brings an international perspective – born in North Macedonia in Southeast Europe, he earned a degree in architecture before moving to The United States. He worked and studied design and architecture in San Diego, eventually being drawn to New York for its awe-inspiring and iconic cityscape.
It’s his passion for architecture and design that has shaped Stojan’s love of real estate and enhanced the client-focused lens he brings to work every day. After living in two of the country’s largest states, he found New York’s architecture and its European influences reasons to call it his home.
Although real estate keeps him extremely busy, Stojan tries to find time to meditate and read in his downtime.
Becky Weidenkopf

Becky has extensive sales and customer service experience, but her
real-life real estate story helped shape her real estate career. After
ten moves over 30 years, she found her forever home in New York City. The
whole journey was a hands-on education in real estate as Becky navigated
Manhattan’s nuances, one of the most vibrant real estate markets in the
world. As an agent, Becky uses what she learned from her personal
experience to work for her clients. She believes finding that perfect home in the ideal neighborhood should not be difficult, and with her expertise, it won’t be.
After meeting with clients, listening to, and assessing their needs, Becky goes on a “treasure hunt” with them looking for the perfect property. Because of her patience, she will not stop until they find the perfect match, no matter how long it takes. She is not satisfied until her clients are happy. Client satisfaction is her number one goal.
Becky grew up in Westchester. She now lives in Manhattan with her two
german shepherds. You may see them exploring the city on walks with her
camera in tow. She enjoys photography and has worked as a professional
photographer.
